Things got crazy in August with Mr. Bonkerz.
In July, friend Bil Todd joined in on the fun. Less than 24 hours later, I ended up in a hospital with a broken humerus bone!
In June, friend Gavin Holland played all my favorite French house and disco tracks and placed many new ones on my list!
In May, Ed the Metaphysical joined TMY at Napoleon for The Grand Prix de Maison. Things got tropical that night.
In April of 2011, Maison is so nice, we had to have it twice. French Diva and Maison favorite Yelle stopped by the 9:30 Club, so TMY and Keenan Orr had a little pre-game at the Velvet Lounge, which turned into an after-party after the show. Maison continued at its regularly scheduled date on Friday 4/29 at Napoleon with TMY and guest Matt Rose.
In March 0f 2011, Maison moved from 3rd Thursdays and to Last Fridays of the month. It also moved from the downstairs lounge at Napoleon to the Main Floor and added a video show to accompany the music. Movin’ on up!
This above flyer is actually the 2nd flyer TMY made for February. He wanted to perfect a loving feeling for French House in Febuary and chose the infinite love between E.T. and Yoda over the heart exhale of the might lion below. DJ Lemz of Baltimore stopped through!
Chris Nitti reigned in the new year with TMY for Maison’s first party of 2011 on January 20, 2011.
Maison Tron’d out with Daft Punk’s spectacular soundtrack for the film plus their whole discography. So good, SVH came back for the event in December.
Maison got its Yelle on in November. SVH parted ways. TMY stuck with it, and DJ MAJR (Mikey Adolphson of Shift fame guest DJ’d).
Maison celebrated its 1 Year Anniversary and returned to its rightful home at Napoleon on October 21, 2010.
Maison said goodbye to Summer and goodbye to its summer locale at Donovan House on September 17, 2010.
Maison did a two-fer, playing at the Donovan House and as part of BYT’s summer series “Summer Camp” at the Capitol Skyline Pool celebrating life on the French Riviera.
Maison celebrated Bastille Day outside at the Donovan House rooftop. TMY’s computer also got POURED on, but don’t worry Apple Care gave him a brand new computer and restored all of his unsaved music files.
Maison moved to the Donovan House for the summer to be outside on their gorgeous rooftop pool lounge during the warm weather!

“April in Paris” is held on April 15, 2010. DJs Shea Van Horn and DJ TMY hold down the fort at Napoleon.
What washes out the taste of Irish Beer? French Champagne. Maison continue into March on the day after St Paddy’s.
Our flyers finally became a little more interesting. Full disclosure, Shea Van Horn and Tommy Cornelis’ good friend Nestor Cerami did all of the original Maison artwork (the original house and the house with the heart on the main frame). Thanks Nestor! In February, Shea and Tommy started playing up that Maison is a total Champagne party!
First Maison was October 10, 2009. This flyer was used as a basic image. TMY and Shea Van Horn DJ’d at Napoleon. This image was also used as the flyer for the subsequent Maisons on November for Thursday, November 19, 2009, December 17, 2009, January 21, 2010. Maison was originally on the 3rd Thursdays of every month in the basement lounge at Napoleon.
